Childbirth 1, 2, 3 * Focus on Medication & Vaginal Delivery This six-hour childbirth class is designed for women intending to have an epidural and vaginal delivery. The class will discuss breathing, massage, and relaxation techniques for a mediate birth to increase the possibility of vaginal delivery. Cost is $95 per couple for Childbirth 1, 2, 3 and $70 per couple for the Comfort Measures class.

Infant and Child CPR * GROUP CLASS * This two-and-one-half hour American Heart Association (AHA) course teaches parents and family members life-saving infant and child CPR skills. Participants learn to recognize the signs of choking, how to prevent the most common fatal injuries and how to reduce the risk of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS). The fee is $75 per couple for group class, Group Class available at George Washington University Hospital and in Alexandria VA.
