Belly Mama Prenatal Yoga is a Prenatal Yoga class infused with belly-dance fitness movements, designed solely for pregnant students.
Each class begins with connecting with your baby through breath, meditation and warming up with yoga poses. The class transitions into choreographed belly dance movements. Students will learn basic belly dance moves and correct form. The class will transition to cooling down with yoga poses and end with Savasana (pregnancy-friendly).
What is it for?
It is generally safe for pregnant students in all trimesters (with a healthcare provider’s approval), regardless of prior yoga and belly dance experience. It is highly recommended for beginners.
Course Topics
- Creating a restorative environment where pregnant students can connect with their baby through breath and meditation.
- Relieving stress, easing body aches and discomfort, while preparing their bodies for labor and birth.
- Building strength, flexibility & endurance through yoga poses and bellydance fitness moves.
- We incorporate elements of belly dance to make the experience exciting and fun for pregnant students.
- Learn basic belly dance movements to choreographed music, with moderate cardio for beginners.
Class fee from Jan to July 2026
- Three Sessions: $48
- Six Sessions: $84
- Single Session: $20
A minimum of 4 people is required; a maximum of 6.
