Details: The class will help you prepare for a vaginal birth with or without an epidural. Using handouts, videos, and instruction, you’ll learn about all aspects of vaginal birth. Specific topics covered include:

Routine hospital procedures Breathing, massage, and relaxation techniques for a vaginal birth. The postpartum period Cesareans. A tour of the Medstar Washington when taking a class at Medstar.

Fee is $175 per couple.
