This Creating Your Best Birth Plan is a recurring meeting that allows Momease’s Childbirth class
participants to meet and ask questions about creating the most effective birth plan to share with
your provider.

Who it’s for: Expectant parents and partners that have attended one of Momease’s childbirth classes
or enrolled in Labor Doula Services.
Details: This virtual presentation will provide various birth plans and discuss the best time to
review them with your provider. Since birth is NOT a PLAN, how can you navigate the following questions?
- How do you discuss with your provide your birth intentions, for a vaginal delivery?
- How can you release your fears or concerns about birth?
- How can you and your partner focus on having a good birth experience?
