Who it’s for: This class is designed for women and partners intending to have a focus on a vaginal delivery.
Details: The class will help you prepare for a vaginal birth with or without an epidural. Using handouts, videos and instruction, you’ll learn about all aspects of vaginal birth. The instructor will teach the materials either by webinar or at your home.
Specific topics covered include:
The stages of labor and hospital procedures
Breathing, massage, and relaxation techniques for a vaginal birth
Epidurals procedure
Cesareans procedures
The postpartum period
Fee is $300 per couple.
