Courtney completed her RYT-200-hour yoga teacher training with Mind the Mat Pilates & Yoga in spring 2022 and earned her prenatal yoga certification (PRYT) through Mind the Mat in 2023. Courtney is also trained explicitly in postpartum yoga, a training she also completed in 2023. She has nearly 600 hours of yoga teaching experience, including prenatal- and post-baby-specific classes, foundational and vinyasa-style flows, and power yoga. Courtney approaches her classes with a focus on breath, mindful and safe transitions, accessible but strength-building sequences and series of poses, and a deep commitment to creating a warm and welcoming space for practice.

Brianna Jones
As a mother of two, I’ve personally experienced the incredible power of natural water births with midwives who supported me every step of the way. Those transformative moments not only gave me my beautiful children but also the inspiration to help other women feel supported, prepared, and empowered throughout their own birthing journeys.
I am a DONA-trained doula and a certified HypnoBirthing® Educator (The Mongan Method), bringing both professional expertise and lived experience to the families I serve. Through natural childbirth classes, HypnoBirthing techniques, and one-on-one doula support, I provide holistic, evidence-based care that respects your values, needs, and vision for childbirth.
With over a decade of experience as an educator, I’ve developed a natural gift for guiding and supporting families through meaningful learning and transformation.
I bring that same dedication and heart into birthwork,
creating safe, supportive, and judgment-free spaces where parents can approach birth with confidence and clarity.
Birth is powerful. Birth is natural. Birth is yours to own. My role is to walk alongside you as you write your own birth story with courage, love, and joy!

Birth advocacy and empowerment are my jam. I strive to encourage birthing families to gain practical knowledge and amplify intuitive body knowledge. Doulas’ work is more to me than back rubs and ice chips. It’s about creating a team to increase the likelihood of a beautiful birth memory and a smooth transition into the fourth trimester (postpartum).
I am the mother of seven amazing humans and a Mom-mom to three sweet grandsons.
My journey into birth work was rooted in my unique experiences with my own seven pregnancies, labors, and births. I also attended the births of my closest friends, acting as their “doula” before I knew this was an actual profession.
In 2008 I participated in a Doulas of North America (DONA) doula training. I completed my certification process in 2009 and have attended 82 plus and counting births. I obtained my Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator (LCCE) in 2014 and truly enjoy informing and educating birthing families.
In 2021 I obtained a When Survivors Give Birth workshop facilitator certification. I am launching this one-day workshop in 2025 with Momease. I currently teach Weekend Childbirth, Childbirth 123, Baby care, and Breastfeeding at Momease.
I also teach Childbirth Education and Breastfeeding 101 and offer birth doula services at my local pregnancy center. Serving the underserved is a true passion of mine.
