The weeks after birth are their own kind of intense — healing, feeding, and a newborn who doesn't sleep on a schedule. Our postpartum doulas come to your home, day or night, for hands-on newborn care, recovery support, feeding help, and the steady reassurance that you're doing better than you think.
A postpartum doula is experienced, in-home support for your first weeks with a new baby — someone who knows newborns, knows recovery, and knows how to make those early days calmer. We fold the laundry and prep a snack while you nap, show you an easier latch, soothe the baby so you can shower, and answer the 2 a.m. questions no one warns you about.
You choose daytime visits, overnight care, or a mix of both. Overnights mean you actually sleep while we handle feeds, diapers, and settling — then hand the baby back rested. Every package flexes around your family, whether you're recovering from a C-section, welcoming twins, or simply want a gentler landing into parenthood.

Your first days home, covered — daytime visits for hands-on newborn help, feeding support, and time to rest and recover while someone experienced holds the baby.
