This Creating Your Best Birth Plan is a Free Class that allows Momease’s Childbirth class participants and others to meet and ask questions about creating the most effective birth plan to share with your provider. We will also review what are the most important items to pack for your hospital visit.
Who it’s for: Expectant parents and partners or birthing coaches.
Details: This virtual presentation will provide various birth plans and discuss the best time to review them with your provider. Since birth is NOT a PLAN, how can you navigate the following questions?
- When do you discuss with your provider your birth intentions, for a vaginal delivery?
- How can the Birth Plan help you release your fears and concerns about birth?
- How can you and your partner focus on having a good birth experience?
- What are the most important items to bring to hospital?
