Details: The class will help you prepare for a vaginal birth with or without an epidural. Using handouts, videos and instruction, you’ll learn about all aspects of vaginal birth.
The instructor will present the materials using a webinar or come to clients home.

Routine hospital procedures: Breathing, massage, and relaxation techniques for a vaginal birth.

The postpartum period Cesareans.
